AUP/Rules
The following list are the rules of ConflictIRC. You and all the others users (including staff) must abide these rules at all times in order to stay in our community.
The Network must ask due to the COPPA law, all users under the age of 13 must disconnect from the Network as soon as possible or we require the permission and knowledge of the users Parent('s) or Legal Guardian('s). This is to keep YOU safe! ConflictIRC takes no responcibility for content viewed by young (-13) users.
All users are limited to 5 connections per a host. If you try to exceed this limit, the services will automatically kill any connections after the fifth.
No Network Staff will EVER ask you for personal passwords such as channel/nickname passwords. If a user claims they are a Network staff and ask for a personal password, please disregard it and report the user to #help with logs.
No flooding, nuking, botnets, and/or illegal activities. Also no spamming including but not limited to: IRC Networks, malicious web addresses or e-mail addresses. The Network also asks that there is no mass channel invite scripts, war scripts, or distribution of files without the correct owners knowledge.
Any arguments/fights in the main channel (#Home) must be taken to PM, if not; then you will be removed from the channel until the problem is solved.
If you are G:Lined/Kill'd from the Network and think the reason was unreasonable please report it in #help.
All Law Enforcement Officers MUST report themselves to [a] Network Administrator/Scared in #Help BEFORE joining any channels, failing to do this will result in your removal from this network.
This Network reserves the right to change this rules file at any time without warning!
No Denial of Service attack's will take place from this network or towards this network, any user found doing this will be banned from this network and their details passed on to the correct Law Enforcement Agency.
Connecting to this Network via proxy is forbidden, we run a proxy checker service and if your proxy is caught it will be banned. Although if you have a genuine reason for using a proxy, the Staff may make an exception.
Any internet radio station found on ConflictIRC is broadcast under Article I section 9 of the US Constitution 1st Amendment Rights.
Connecting to this Network for the purposes of collecting IP addresses (for any reason) is strictly forbidden, any user found or reported doing this will be removed from the Network without warning.
